With full air-condition, subtitled TV’s and DAB digital music radio in the background, it offers clean, bright and friendly surroundings providing the perfect environment for a relaxed or energetic workout.
The Fitness Suite caters for every individual, from beginner or sports enthusiast, to professional sportsmen and women. Whatever your reason for exercising, qualified instructors are available to help you achieve your goal. Those experienced in fitness training can work away unaided, whilst for those needing help or supervision with there training we always have personal instructors on hand for one-to-one sessions. For these members, personal programmes may be arranged at their convenience and they will receive full guidance on how to best pursue their individual health and fitness goals.
